CORSHAM 6th/7th JUNE 2009

You are warmly invited to this year’s tournament, which we hope will be even better than last year’s fantastic event. We will do our best to book fine weather and will be looking forward to seeing friends, old and new, over the course of the weekend. Last year we entertained over 3,000 people during the weekend and witnessed some brilliant displays of football and sportsmanship from all age groups. We look forward to receiving your booking form early and seeing you in June.

Please note the following conditions:

1.         Each team must submit a Player Registration Form on the day of the competition when registering the team – Forms Available here

2.         ALL PLAYERS MUST BE UNDER THEIR RESPECTIVE AGE LIMIT ON 31st  AUGUST 2008 Teams will be immediately withdrawn if found to be playing over-age players. Some leagues have different cut-off dates for their age groups. You must follow our dates for this competition. This rule will be strictly enforced to ensure a fair competition.

3.         Under 7, 8, 15 and 16 will play 5-a-side, all other age groups 6-a-side.  A maximum of 8 players per team including substitutes is permitted.

4.         Plan to register on time. We will not be able to delay the start of the competitions.

5.         The rules and conditions of the competition will be published in the tournament programme and the club website – Please read them carefully.

6.         Abide by the rules of the competition and your club’s Code of Conduct.

7.         AFC CORSHAM will not tolerate any violent or abusive behaviour by players, team officials or spectators and reserve the right to dismiss any team from the competition.

8.         Strictly no dogs allowed.

9.         Free parking will only be allowed in the designated car park.  Be warned the Police will clamp and remove cars not parked in the agreed areas.

10.        The £25 entry fee per team includes – entry to the competition, 1 match day programme.
